If you could live in any city, where would it be and why?

I would prefer to live in a rural area, actually, and in the north country to access the great outdoors for fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping opportunities.

What job would you be terrible at?

Chef at a restaurant

Have you ever had to “unlearn” something in your professional life? What was it?

I’m in the middle of it right now I believe – not meeting face to face physically with clients.  We are moving into a more virtual world and it may be a difficult adaption if it is here to stay.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Wake up early, shut the office door, and put my head down and work.  I complete most of my work doing this each morning of the week.

Are you an early bird or a night owl?

Early bird

What was your first job?

Mowing lawns for neighbors when I was 12

What advice would you give to your teenage self?

Be ambitious and don’t procrastinate

What’s one of your favorite memories from the past year?

Watching my 10-year-old son catch a 30 inch walleye with 4 generations of my family in the boat

What’s something you’ve done, but will never do again?

Door to door sales with a prior employer – I will not do that again!

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

My best advice isn’t necessarily direct spoken words but is more of a living example and that comes from my father – work hard, be honest, and treat people the way you want to be treated.  I’ve watched him live life and work in this fashion and it’s the best ‘advice’ I’ve ever received.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

Ability to predict the future

If you could only eat one item for every meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza
